Pauline Willis & Andrew Evans ‘picking up the baton’ from Bob MacKenzie and David McAra

Pauline Willis, a past guest editor of Organisations & People, is an Industrial/Organisational and Coaching Psychologist, with expertise in work-based learning at tertiary level as well as professional supervision, will be succeeding Bob MacKenzie and David McAra as O&P moves into a new stage of life.

“We are more than delighted that Pauline & Andrew are picking up the baton to curate, edit and coordinate familiar as well as new formats for future editions. Pauline brings with her, not only experience and expertise that spans business and psychology, but also her genuine enthusiasm for the spirit of AMED and the potential of the journal. Andrew has already made huge improvements to the archive and will be producing new issues as they emerge.”

Recent issues through the pandemic have covered the human response to ‘catastrophe’ and the need to move from ‘Ego to Eco’, highlighting the now essential need to deliver on the triple bottom line of people, profit, and planet.

“These key conversations are now available to a wider audience, and I am looking forward to hearing from existing as well as new authors and prospective guest editors”
